We schedule your service at the same time as your neighbors to reduce the costs of our techs driving all over the valley. We provide auto payment services to reduce the issues of non payment which usually accounts for 5-15% of the cost of a monthly service. We do not force customers into contracts. Contacts usually take 2-3 years to actually be profitable to the company after we pay the salesmen commissions. It does force the company to focus on customer service because they need to keep you, but for many customers, they never deal with the company because they are on auto pay and are never home during service.
