A tradition continues... Mama Vitale's Italian food and cooking at it's best! Mama and papa Vitale's never ending drive to prosper and succeed began with a small vegetable stand in 1928 on the corner of Rice Street and Little Canada Road, and in 1939 they opened a root beer stand out of their home. After a tornado, fire and the Venetian Inn being torn down for a new area development, two of the Vitale brothers, Joe and Jim, reopened in the present location in 2002, in an effort to carry on the family tradition. In 2006, Connie LoBaido Marchio (Mama Vitale's granddaughter) became part owner with Joe. In 2011, Joe obtained Connie's interest and, with his daughter Lisa and other dedicated employees, will continue to make your dining or catering event an enjoyable experience.

Add ReviewThis is the kind of place that no matter what you order you will not be disappointed. In the past I have had the ribs(10/10 would recommend) and the fried chicken it amazing. Tonight I opted for the meatball hoagie and I wish I could have two, it's unbelievably goodReport
It is a nice comfortable restaurant with fantastic Italian food.Report
Good food.Report
My elderly Mother and I went here for lunch on a Thursday at 11:30am. Right away my mom asked if I wanted to go somewhere else. I guess I didn't realize how uncomfortable she was she said it was the most horrible experience. It was cold in there, the blue walls made it feel even colder. The food was very lacking. Honestly, Perkins is way better. Needless to say, we will not return. Just BLAH!Report
