My fiance and I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek 2021 in the fall of 2021 and we were fortunate to get the sales rep Shelby to help us out. He was exceptionally helpful, attentive, honest, and real. Having bad experiences from other car dealerships, this was a breath of fresh air and made our car-buying experience not only easy but relaxing and celebratory (like it should be)! We're excited to use Lithia Subaru of Oregon City for our regularly schedule maintenance and if we're in the market for another Subaru this is where we'll go.

Had a great experience today with two amazing sales people! James Hassel really knows how to connect with people and make you feel comfortable. Shelby Walman was very responsive and respectful from the very beginning to the end. Thank you so much for my new Subaru and for my wonderful experience.

Very disappointed with today's experience. I have been a loyal customer for several years and have not had any problems, but today crossed the line. I was sent a text message by "Rachel" to come in for my "scheduled maintance". I have a 100,000 mile 7 year warranty as well as lifetime oil changes. I asked her how much this maintance was going to be. She quoted me a price of 94.95. I had just enough money for this. When I arrived, they quoted me a pricetag of 650.00. I was confused because in the text messages, she told me the scheduled maintance was going to be 94.95... After asking, Rachel and the manager Chris said they quoted me a price for an oil change. The front desk individual (James- the only relatively helpful person there) was able to see I had lifetime oil changes. After asking if they would honor the original price they quoted me, Chris says "best I can do is 10% off." On your website you are running a deal for 10% off through December. Beyond shady business practices, imagine going to a store, seeing a pricetag then when you get to the register to pay, they raise the price 6x what the tag said. They said it was "a mistake". Then you do nothing to make it right? Good way to lose business and upset your customers.

William, We appreciate your loyalty to our Dealership and your service business and apologize again for the frustration that Rachael's error created for you this morning. In not researching the routine maintenance service that your Subaru was due for, which is what you had asked for a price on, and simply providing a price for an oil change the responses to your texts led you to believe that the service would be $ 94.95. James's information that the service was in fact $ 650.00 no doubt came as a shock. Why don't we do this- let's fall back on the Subaru philosophy of the Love Promise and have you reschedule with James for the maintenance the car needs, remembering that the oil change component is covered under the ILife program and we'll perform the balance of the service free of charge for you. The broad majority of our Clientele don't consider us to be inherently dishonest people, we work hard on maintaining honesty, integrity and high ethical standards as the foundation of all our business dealings. We acknowledge that sometimes humans may make mistakes, how we deal with those when they do arise is the measure of our maturity as a business. Not a good place to go if you have no credit or bad credit.... which is fine, but I should've skipped the test drive & saved myself some time. And when I said the quoted monthly payment was too high, they went to the back "to see what they could do" and never came back, so I just left. But it is what it is, I just went somewhere else.

Bought my Crosstrek here in 2018 and get regular service here. I truely enjoy bringing my car in for service. The staff are trustworthy, friendly, and efficient, and I feel confident my car is being taken care of every visit. I will definitely buy my next car at Lithia Subaru.

Shelby and Ryan helped us out. Super personable and made us feel comfortable. Whole thing was relatively quick and painless. Out of three local dealerships I've bought from, they were the most straightforward. No surprises.
