Went to buy a brand new Highlander.. had a deep scratch on the door. Deep enought that they had to repaint the whole door. I went to talk to the new vehicle manager about the fading and mismatch in years to come. Mr Jason Beeman accused me of trying to get discounts and told me that me and my family are no longer welcome to do business with him. And tell me to leave. Is it because me and my family are Asian who has purchase many cars out of Lithia toyota of Redding for many years. Is this how a manager deal with a customer who want to assure that the door on the car won't be mismatch years to come?

1st attempt to pick up on 12/04/21.. found deep scratch on door so left the vehicle there.
Picked up on 12/11/21 was verbally abused and discriminated by Mr Beeman the New Vehicle Manager.
Went to speak to General Manager David Ambrozevitch who didn't seem to believe me. No type of apologies or any assurance to the vehicle door will look the same as rest of the vehicle in years to come. Just said they used the best paint thats as close to the manufactory as possible.

Been having some quality control issues with service. Originally this was the only place I would take my 4runner (2019 with 30k miles) to. Don't know what happened to the quality of service but this summer I took it in for an oil change and the next morning I had oil dripping on the floor of my garage, turns out it was sent back with a something going on with the filter housing (not a big deal stuff happens right). Took it back and they fixed it. A couple weeks ago I took it in to help diagnose a steering wheel shake. Turns out it needed an alignment and wheel balancing. Well after the alignment the front drivers side tire was rubbing on the fenderwell when turning, and my steering wheel was off center (when driving straight). Took it back and they fixed it. Well shortly after ( I would say 2 to 3 days later) I noticed a creak in the front end of the vehicle when turning or accelerating or decelerating at low speeds. The creaking was getting progressively worse and started to clunk(sounded like metal on metal binding) so I decided to check it out. Turns out the cam bolts on the lower control arms on BOTH sides were not torqued. I torqued them down and boom the noise is gone.
