Always friendly services. Ever since Trip took over as the service manager, the service department has come along way. Being held to higher standards with better oversight, clearly the service department is doing a much better job than before. Trip is an experienced and knowledgeable tech who was promoted to service manager. It's obvious that his promotion has made a dramatically positive impact and difference to their operations. Keep doing what you're doing!

Very happy! I took my daughter to Lithia Toyota to look at a car she had seen online. It just so happened to sell a few hours earlier. Her second option she saw online was in the parking lot. We spoke with Michael Seely who is a sales consultant there, and he was very friendly and fun to work with. The finance manager, was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Both guys made this mom and daughter feel very welcome and made her first "car lot" shopping experience a great one with zero pressure! Thanks guys for all your help!

When the battery on our 2 yr old Sequoia died unexpectedly on Saturday, I called Lithia and talked to Russ in the service dept. He confirmed that we were covered for the problem and gave me the phone number to reach Toyota roadside assistance. They then dispatched O'Bar Towing to come get us going. We were back on the road in less than an hour and took the vehicle to Toyota of Abilene where Russ had a new battery installed. All of the folks were helpful and professional.

First met with Sara McCarter. She helped me with looking at and test driving a car. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to help me through the process of the purchase. Overall experience was very pleasant and would recommend your service should I need to.
