Brought my Murano in for an oil change at 8am and was quickly welcomed in and my car taken for service. The service was completed much sooner than I expected and my questions answered comprehensively. We just moved to Eugene a year ago and I have had multiple EXCELLENT experiences with the service personnel...so helpful, friendly, knowledgable and never too busy for a walk in question.
