Lithia Dodge of Las Cruces

My only interaction so far with this business was with the Service Department, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service team. Employees were busy from what I could tell, but still greeted me with a smile and friendly conversation. My vehicle was serviced correctly, promptly and with no "surprises" at completion. I know service departments can be fast-paced and stressful for employees, however, I was treated politely and courteously.

Worst customer service ever, did the online appointment request never heard back. Called for service appointment, they have appointments available this afternoon...just need an oil change and tires rotated, when I arrived the snot at the service desk says it's 2 and a half hour wait, when I ask why she says they double book. Don't bother with this place they will waste your time. The place is a horrible mess too, construction equipment and workers everywhere, no place to wait except outside. Promise I'll never come back again.

Jesus Roybal was wonderful, I told him what I owned and he said he could get me into a new truck. I got what I wanted. Jesus is the best I thank him and will buy all my future trucks from him.
