Where do I start lol..Report
My salesman Johnny was great. He was very helpful and kind.
I bought a 2016 Buick Enclave with 60,000 miles. Every car that is 60,000 miles and under comes with a 60 day dealer warranty. I was assured that the car I was buying had been thoroughly went through and inspected. 3 days after I purchased the vehicle, I started having transmission issues. The day I noticed the issues, I contacted my salesman to notify him of this, and he assured me that he'd contact the sales manager, as well as the service manager, and for me to bring the car in the next day. When I showed up, the sales manager had no clue what I was talking about. When I was taken to the service manager, he told me that the soonest he could get my car in to just look at it, was 2 1/2 weeks. At this point I feared to drive the car, as the transmission was having serious issues. I notified them that this was my only way to get back home to American Falls. The service manager said he would get it in that same day to look at it and let me know what was wrong. Almost a week goes by and I don't hear anything from the service department. It was at this point we had to jump through multiple hoops to get a rental vehicle from them, still with an unknown time frame on when my vehicle was going to be looked at. After about a week, we found out that the car still hadn't been looked at, and we were told by the service manager that "there is only two guys qualified to look at a transmission and they are burnt out". Frustrated, we took the car to Lithia Pocatello, and they have been amazing.
Another couple small things,
We had the oil changed, 500 miles past when it said it was last serviced, oil life was on 94%. The oil came out blacker than black. This oil was extremely old, and was not changed when the car was brought in. The car fax also noted that new fobs were programmed for this car, but they couldn't locate them.
While my salesman was great, I don't recommend buying from them. It is a very "cut corners" type of dealership. They jerk you around, and gaslight you.
I know you guys were on me about giving you a "5 star review" so that your google ratings would jump to 4 stars, but the best I can do is a 2. If you want a 5 star rating, be a 5 star dealership.Re: Where do I start lol.. My ... Terrible customer service honestly wouldn't even give it 1 star. I called twice a week for 3 months and never talked to an actual person about getting my car in to be fixed. Waste of my time leaving all those messages, they didn't call me back a single time. Might I suggest addicted to auto instead if you need to get your car fixed they'll actually call you back and fix your car quickly.ReportRe: Terrible customer service ... We've bought both our vehicles from them. One last year and one just recently William helped us trade in our old truck and get into something bigger and better. We had an appointment with your service department. The appointment was made 2 weeks ahead. Car rental lined up, day off work. Day before appointment, we get a call, they won't be able to get to it.Now they want to schedule us out to December. Really. What is an appointment ?!!
