Justin Brunnemer was the best and most patient car salesman I've ever had. He is an excellent and energetic and very professional young man. I thought very highly of him while he wrote up my contract. Although he is apparently a relatively new employee, he met me on every request, answered every question I had about the quality of the brakes and tires on the car I bought, and I recommend him as a salesman from whom to buy your next car! Actually I changed my mind while he was writing up my purchase contract from getting a newer model Subaru Outback, and then deciding to buy a used Toyota RAV4 finally, after going around and around and asking every question I could think of! Reason being, the price was lower, the RAV4 also has AWD, and I've been driving a Toyota since 2014 and am super-happy with owning a Toyota. The finance manager Ed Kotz was very helpful with getting me a super good rate based on my credit score, and getting me an excellent warranty for service and free oil changes for the life of my car! Ed was patient, understanding, and kind and very professional. I am driving home with my 'new' car (well, 'new' to me!) today, and I have no buyers remorse at all. I was taken care of and treated like a Queen throughout this entire process. Merry Christmas to all you excellent people working at Lithia Dodge in Klamath Falls!

I had been looking for a used pickup for about a month and was met by JUSTIN on my first visit. This young man is new to the business and worked very hard to find what I was looking for. We found a 2011 Dodge that looked and sounded good, however it had a transmission issue. Off to the shop it went, where it was repaired. On my way to town today I called Justin and told him that I wanted him to weed out the junk and that I was looking for a solid vehicle. When I arrived he told me that he didn't think the 2011 Dodge that I intended to purchase was a good fit. One way to EARN my respect is through honesty and this kid has it. He pulled out a beautiful 2017 from the back lot. YES, I'll take it!! Justin, thank you for a very pleasant experience. Lithia management this salesman has heart and works hard, a rarity these days. I would be happy to steal him for my own agency.

I found a nice truck online here I was dealing with a salesperson Ethan Cole. I don't recommend him at all. I have purchased several vehicles before from other dealerships and never had as much trouble as I have with this guy. What he did was run my credit and then not get back to me for a couple weeks later. First his supervisor got a hold of me actually. Then he got back to me with a lie about how he's trying to find me a truck. We were just trying to get the financing and he left me hanging for a couple weeks not knowing if it was a no-go or what! Bottom line I don't recommend this place at all with sales people like this

Doug and Ed made buying a new truck a breeze. Even with the delay in shipments and new inventory hard to get a hold on, they made it happen! Would highly recommend working with them if your looking for a new vehicle!
