We have purchased numerous new and used vehicles from Lithia over the last 15 years. Our experience was always top notch. Our salesman was Brent Vesti until he recently moved to the service department. We have recently been dealing with Kathie Rhoden and Craig Sherbondy, both of whom have been very professional and helpful at every step of the purchase, and now ordering a new dream car. When they have been unavailable for questions other representatives have stepped up to the plate to aid their coworkers answering questions. That means a lot to us! Never been left hanging in the wind!
I have to mention the Service Department, I think they are the best I've ever had any dealings with, period! They have always done what they said would be done, no surprises. Always a call to clarify if needed. Thanks to Devon and the service writers, the mechanics

Great service, what you would expect from a dealer of the specific vehicle you have, in my case a Jeep. Service took longer than initially expected so they gave me a large discount!

We recently had a major repair accomplished at Lithia and were extremely impressed with the professional conduct and expertise of the entire team in the service dept. The manager worked to match the estimate provided by our local mechanic and issued us a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair, which took about seven days. I would recommend this team for anyone needing repair work accomplished.
