Sold me a horrible Dodge Journey was assured by the manager he would fix all the problems with it before we bought it three times now I have had to fix problems with the car in parking lots or it has left me and my family stranded you would think buying a dodge from a dodge dealership they would be able to make sure the vehicle is good to go guess all they cared about was taking advantage of me and my wife

Kaia was amazing. Called first thing in the morning to see if a GW was available and it was! She was able to get everything going right away and done within a couple of hours! I'm out of state and things had to be mailed back and forth but everything was done in a timely manner with no hassles at all.

In the last year my wife and I have spent 60k on 2 vehicles...1 brand new carry over..we bought off of don...class act..helluva great guy...few months later I bought a 2018 Ford f150 xlt...took it for a test drive..noticed a rattle coming from underneath and told the salesman about it...also had a cracked windshield..and a busted tail light lense..all were in the sales agreement to be fixed by them...once I had time and didn't need my vehicle for a few day as we left on vacation I dropped my truck off to be fixed....I dropped it off on a Wednesday...picked it up on late Sunday night...the replaced the windshield...changed the oil..as I get free oil changes with the purchase of the truck I started it to let it warm up and did a walk around and noticed the tail light lense was fixed but still had no passenger side tail light..I called and was told it was working when they drove it out of the shop..I don't trust dealerships so I had marked the bulb with a silver marker before I brought it in...so I decided to fix it myself..the same bulb with the silver marker was still in it and the rattle was never fixed......ill never buy a vehicle from there again...even with the free oil changes...ill go else where...I even txt the salesman and didn't even get a reply

We saw a shiny mercury mariner online here and wanted it for our grand daughter,,drove up and paid $3,000 cash ,and we were told it was just serviced, looking at it saw the main engine belt was off, they had the shop put it back on,,wanted to test drive it but the belt was off again and we hadnt even moved it!! They said they would fix it and deliver it to us..month later it got delivered..hood was bent as it had blown onto the windshield when they were looking for parts numbers,,course no one knew anything bout it til we asked a second time about it..upon moving it at our place, delivery drivers couldnt wait to get going before we moved it, a wheel bearing needs replacing, transmission shudders when shifting, power seat and power window dont work,heater fan doesnt work right, had an engine miss but $86 coil fixed that, manager said it was bought AS IS..BUT, we hadnt even had a chance to drive it..over 2 months have gone by and we dont even get a response back from them as to why we cant get our money back as we cant even drive it!!they damaged it before we had a chance to move it...all we want is our money back

Everyone were very accommodating. They listened to my problems and did what they could to satisfy my problems. I will go back if I have any more problems
