I've been dealing with the same issue for over a year of the tire pressure light blinking then going off. I've brought the Jeep in over ten times, and at some point they put the spare tire (which is smaller) on the front right with no sensor. I felt a wobble for at least 3 months and they finally realized "someone" had put the spare tire on and left it there, so replaced it with the previous tire and everything was fine again. After that my driver's side floor board filled up with water several times, and all of my carpets are soaked and growing mold now. I'm tired of taking my Jeep in with no issues resolved and more issues compounding.ReportRe: I've been dealing with th ... I tried to email the GM to get our issues resolved but he never got back to me. It seems this may be the only way to get their attention. There are other service advisors there, that actually take their job serious and try to do everything they can to help out. Well not Seth, he refused to schedule an appointment in person and order a part. You would think they want to make as much money as they can. I spoke to Seth on the phone prior to picking up my Jeep. He told me when I get there, they can schedule the next appointment and order the part then. When I arrived I was told "No, you will have to call and do it over the phone". When trying to understand the resolution to why we brought the Jeep in, all I was told was "Yeah there were a couple leaks and we fixed them." The paperwork explains they identified the problem, but there was no labor or parts documented on the receipt. The check engine light was on due to a Gas Cap Filler neck being loose, and Seth kept ignoring the fact that I was trying to get that fixed. The Jeep still leaks. Nothing was fixed, all Seth wanted to do was collect my $120, and move on to the next person. Thanks for your help Lithia.ReportRe: I tried to email the GM t ... Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene replied on Tuesday, December 14th 2021I appreciate you taking the time to share about your recent experience in our service center. I can assure you that this is an isolated incident and not how we conduct business. If you are open to contacting me at your earliest convenience, I would appreciate the opportunity to do my best to fix this issue for you. Sincerely, Joseph Lawson, Service Manager
While service center staff were all wearing masks, and all of the customers waiting for our cars to get oil changes, etc, were wearing masks, several people from the sales side of the building walked past the waiting area without wearing a mask. I don't mean that they had masks on their faces that were lowered below their noses, but that they weren't even pretending to comply - they simply had no masks on their faces at all.Report
Since the wait time for my oil change was newly two hours unmasked sales staff walked past me several times. And I saw many more instances of this on their side of the building. They simply NEVER wore masks.
It seems to me that businesses should comply with the law, and any business that requires their customers to wear masks should expect the same from their staff.
I enjoyed my car buying experience here and have been happy with the service I've received - although I wish I could schedule my oil changes like we used to be able to do instead of the "first come first served" thing they have now, where you may show up to find that several other people have already gotten there ahead of you and your wait time could be three or more hours. But overall this is a great place to buy a vehicle. I've bought two cars and a pickup truck from Lithia and have been very happy with everyone I've worked with.
I just wish they'd wear masks as long as it's required.Re: While service center staf ... Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene replied on Thursday, May 21st 2020Thank you for the feedback! Recently called and left messages with the service department for my Dodge cummins 2500 and they didn't bother to return my calls. They used to give good service and I have spent thousands over the years. I guess it's time to get a Chevy instead. I've had much better luck with Kendall on my GMC.ReportRe: Recently called and left ...
