It’s like when a child that is born and always comes home to the parents when it needs something. loyalty is very important because you hardly find it anymore nowadays. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I made an appointment for a Toyota Camry test drive, but when I arrived, one of their agents named Donnelle told me they had sold the car 20 minutes earlier. If they already had another buyer, why did they bother to schedule an appointment with me? It was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional.
