I recently purchase a Kayserburg GH160C - 2022. This is my first personal piano purchase entirely on my own and first with Lindeblad but it will definitely not be my last.

I've been playing for 40 years. And I'm picky. I finally had the opportunity to buy a great piano. My piano tuner said that if I went to Lindeblad I would be happy. So I went to the showroom and the factory and played about 20 pianos for a long time. No one told me to get moving, they gave me my time. I said that I wanted this kind of frame, those kind of hammers and this kind of action. They restored the piano I picked with new parts. I went back and played it and said I wasn't quite happy. So they went back through the piano and replaced some hardware and lightened the action. It just came this morning at 10, and I played it until 3 when I started teaching (I am a piano teacher).

I bought a Steinway m with spirio from Lindeblad (it was shipped across the country) and it’s been an excellent experience! They are prompt to respond to any questions you have and make sure you are satisfied with your piano. I had several things to fix up after receiving it but didn’t have to worry because Lindeblad was so helpful in everything. If you are concerned about getting a used piano, I would trust Lindeblad and go for it! Here is a photo of it in my home. Don’t have much furnitures yet but I already know the piano will be the most beautiful thing!

We just received our 94 year old piano back and all I can say is that I am so blown away! I sobbed when it arrived and especially after the big reveal.

Lindeblad Piano Restoration took my aged and untunable treasure of a piano and made it better than new. They were so very attentive and professional and after just a few conversations, I had complete confidence in them. My piano was old, scratched, and required many new parts. Local tuners thought it was beyond hope, but the Lindeblad’s did not. Their team came to our home to pick up the piano and I then received regular updates regarding the progress of the restoration. The communication from them and personal attention to my questions truly made this the greatest customer service experience I’ve ever had. It was recently delivered back to me. I was utterly speechless. The Lindeblad’s took my treasured piano and transformed it into a beautiful instrument that will be in my family for generations.
