This is my third closing with the Limbird team. Our realtor, Brad Audrain, has been fantastic every time! Closing team is great and super responsive, and they've made each closing flawless!

Update: Unfortunately, our home buying process with Limbird was an absolute nightmare, when it should not have been with our first home. I would not recommend my experience with them to my worst enemy. Our realtor was nice, but the company itself is the worst and we were almost not able to get our house because of them. Truly regret not going with another company but will never make the same mistake again with Limbird.

We recently purchased a home with Limbird and they did an amazing job at helping us. Andrea was fantastic and helped us find a wonderful home, even in a challenging market and with limited time and even some long distance communication! She was patient and went above and beyond to help us. The whole Limbird team was great at communicating, making the home-buying process as pain-free as possible, and we feel like we were very well taken care of. We'll use them to buy our next home and highly recommend them for buying/selling your home here in NWA!
