We bought a guaranteed pre owned certificatied 2018 Ford Escape and pay Top dollar thinking that they were being honest and forthcoming about the vehicle.
We bought it in for what we thought was going to be a routine check to find out that it needed more the $1000 worth of repairs! Everything from brakes to tires, rusted parts and more. We were deceived by the dealer, that obviously just wanted to make his commission, he even went as far as to tell us he took the vehicle back to their service department to "check it out", that was a lie. Don't buy your used vehicles from these guys because all they are about is making a buck off you. In this current climates you can't afford to waste your money on a vehicle that does not perform the way it is advertised to.

They are as good with their pricing as any other car dealer . Their sales staff is very nice and professional. The service department are good at what they do and very professional about their workmanship

This is one of the worst places to get work done for your car under your factory warranty because nobody in that place is looking to get one of your parts for your vehicle and to have the work done in a timely fashion and when you call to get an update on your vehicle one nobody's there to answer you and 2 when you leave a message no one calls you back so they have your personal vehicle and all your stuff up there but yet no one wants to give you any information on your merchandise that you brought to them to fix very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there and bring their vehicle to get serviced

This is out for your money and that's about it, horrible customer service, service department denies issues even if covered under warranty as they are know wear.
