I used liberty travel for a vacation booked in the Dominican Republic for a wedding that I was supposed to attend. They were supposed to price match but the agent Deborah Bosco said she would not price match, and that it was too late for that. Being that it was a friend's wedding I did not wish to make waves and paid extra to help the newlyweds with their discounts earned for rooms booked.
Liberty Travel as a company did not have packages which included the plane tickets and made us book our own flights even though the hotel itself offers package deals as do other agencies like apple vacations.
I also had to purchased travel insurance because my schedule gets finicky and their inability to package meant I had to purchase double the insurance to cover myself. When I had to cancel the trip and went to seek assistance to claim the insurance the Agent Deborah Bosco who sold me the insurance acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about and said I could send someone else in my place, and otherwise eat the cost of the hotel package. Fortunately, I did reach out to the insurance company but they only covered half of the price paid for the hotel, meaning I would only recover $700 of the $1400 paid for the room.
Deborah Bosco is a nightmare of an agent and I would highly suggest that anyone using Liberty Travel out of necessity avoid her personally, as she only cares about getting your money rather than assisting your travel experience!

Although our cruise was canceled after we landed in Miami, Tara made sure we were safe, had a room until we could fly back home and hired a car to get us back to the airport because the hotel didn't have a shuttle that went that far. It was stressful but could have been much worse if we didn't have Liberty Travel to do the leg work. Thank you!
