I originally had dAWn BLoom as my rep.she retired,i went to farren,who was not hands on at all,heard she's in the Oceanside office.no LOSS.moved on with SAM,NeVer returned calls,him also,poor follow up! Remember! We are the clients! Wanted to know about my Peru and MOROCCO trips,if they were still on because of the pandemic.im to old to be chasing after these people.u WANt our business,or not??

I booked a trip here for a vacation in July with the family,I unfortunately got hurt and wasn't able to travel.i have been coming to this agency for six years with a different agent who recently retired.When I always traveled I took the insurance for my family ,but thank god never needed it until now.The agent that booked this reservation was always very short to my questions.I am a person that likes to ask a lot of questions about the hotel property ,questions that she should be able to answer.Dawn the previous agent before she retired was the best at this.When it was time to put the claim this agent did not take a few minutes to explain to me what I had to do or what was the procedure to submit.After a few days of her not contacting me I spoke to the manager of this liberty travel ,explained to him the situation, of course he ran the pandemic and the hard time the agents were having working from home! Well I didn't think he liked it when I told him everyone was having a hard time, even doctors and nurses who are dealing with COVID patients and not working from home.All the agent had to do was give me 15 minutes of her busy schedule to explain the process.The manager I guess was also too busy after two weeks of waiting for his call I decided to speak to corporate office customer service and Tabatha was very generous of helping me out.I am not saying all the agents in this office are like this one agent,I just hope you picked the right one .and don't need the manager because he is too busy.

Jeannie at this office is very helpful and she is very good at getting you the right vacation for your budget.
