They wanted to sell a washer for $10 each so $40 for x4 pieces of tiny metal they refused to give me the part number or the dimensions, such a garbage service.I know you onyl care about making money

Wanted to give a MASSIVE shoutout to Zoey from Lexus of Portland! My husband and I were in the market for a dependable and sturdy vehicle for our traveling lifestyle, as we like to go explore many different terrains. Needless to say we are very happy we got to work with Zoey and not only have her help us out with finding the vehicle but moreover have her give us input and advice, as she had the same type of vehicle we were looking at buying. She made sure to talk us through the different modes, driving methods and little tips about the vehicle from her own experience. She also made sure to take the time to answer all of our questions and did not sugar coat anything. Needless to say, we are EXTREMELY happy with our decision/purchase and going forward we plan on working with Zoey for ANY upcoming vehicle purchases. Also wanted to recognize Ian Kim who made the paperwork process extremely painless. Having dealt with multiple dealerships over the years, this whole experience created a customer for life.

Worst dealership I have ever been too, came to spend my money and apparently can’t even do that

No respect, looked me up and down like I was garbage. Treated me like a peasant and I make more money than the dude helping me.

I’ll never spend a dollar with this dealership in my LIFE

Pulled up in a 100k truck ready to flop on whatever I liked.

First salesmen was alright. Dude he turned me too shouldn’t even be selling cars. Everything after that?

Dropped the ball every single opportunity they could. Treated me like a get me done when we had no problem getting approved with zero down.

On top of that I drove 8 hours from out of town to do business. Was coming back the next day and while I’m DRIVING THERE they let me know they don’t wanna wait anymore after saying they would?

This place has no integrity, the salesperson I was turned too has zero sales skill. And now I’m pissed because I’m not buying a car I liked a lot due to simple principle.

Learn how to treat people let alone customers.
Not very hard at all.

Screw this place. Only regret I have is not letting them know this face to face. They got my txt though they know.

Oh and what did they do to make it right?

Lmao nothing.

Take your money and run. This place runs on the Lexus badge and has nothing else going for it
