Good services, attentive, and they offer stumptown coffee - decaf available too!!!

I was notified that the actual vehicle that I "built" on-line through the Lexus website was actually available in Portland. The exact vehicle as I described. I contacted the dealership, so they let me know when it arrived to their showroom location. I made an appt immediately to try it on for size. The salesman was superb. He was very friendly, cheerful, upbeat, informed, helpful, and very well organized. He went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and answered all my questions respectfully. I was thrilled that he was able to arrange for all the paperwork to be done right then and there regarding my trade-in and all the state required legalities. He offered us drinks and snacks and always made sure we were comfortable. He had a delightful and respectful sense of humor, and his conversations to help pass wait time were appropriate and respectful. I LOVED that he put a huge red bow on my vehicle so I could take some really fun photos of my new car! It was actually a fun experience buoying a new car. Very Low stress. Thank you Kamron Safari !

Alexa was incredible! When we met with Alexa she explained that my car, due to lack of maintenance records on a certain mile maintenance, that it would be best for me to look at doing those as those are things that would be done at that time. After listening to what she had to say and the reasons why she was looking at seeing if we wanted to do those the day we were there I explained that I was unable to do those and would talk to my dealership that sold me the car to make sure that was done. I also asked if I could just waive doing those at this time and have the fluids checked that needed to possibly be replaced and then be more prepared for when I come back at my next big maintenance mark. She said that you could do that minus checking the spark plugs and I understood that. After she showed us to the lounge and we hung out there for a bit she came over and explained how everything went and what was a big need to get taken care of. We were thankful to know that the fluids that were just checked were in good standing and that we could wait a bit longer so I could better prepare for that to be done. Unfortunately, we didn't get to compete our time with Alexa as she had to go to lunch but did finish it with lovely co-worker who we had a great experience with and was able to get back on the road to get the remaining errands we had to get done that day.

Only note that I was dissatisfied with was when I left and actually saw my car. The car wash was subpar because there were many spots that were missed when it got washed and it looked like a very rushed job almost like an afterthought that needed to get done ASAP. The wipe down of the dashboard was only half done, passenger side, like they started it and then went on to the next thing and forgot to come back to it. I understand that it was before the holiday and I will give a little leeway for that as they were very busy and will give them another chance next time I come to service my vehicle.

The service experience here is ideal. Staff are well trained, personable and knowledgeable. They are factual and not pushy. Their technicians offer a video inspection at every visit which is sent to you in the waiting room. They are easy with booking and changing appointments. Would highly recommend a Lexus purchase in Portland to anyone with this dealership as a positive feature within the ownership experience.

Matt Iburg is always pleasant, knowledgeable and answers every question I have with patience and kindness. My vehicle is always taken care of and I'm confident that the quality of work and experience of the technician is of the highest tier. This is why I choose Lexus and specifically LOP for my service needs. I can go to another dealer since I live in Salem, even if it's less expensive, but I think it's worth the drive and the premium.

Getting my car serviced here is such a pleasure! The remodeled lounge is refreshing and comfortable, and I can plug in and work while I wait for my car.

I had to go into the office today, but the loaners were all booked. Thankfully, Lexus provided Lyft rides to the office and back to pick up my car. Love this dealership!

I just bought a new Lexus. Everyone who helped me was extremely helpful. Yousef was my sales person. He just listened to what I wanted and took the lead from me.Since then I had questions and was able to text hm for help.He always responded quickly. I went to the dealership for further help with carplay. Conner and Rob were both very clear with instructions and patient with me. Thanks for hiring all 3 of these people. Linda
