Lexington Plastic Surgeons

I did not enjoy this consultation experience. The $500 fee to even see the doctor did not feel personalized enough for me to even consider my surgery. The consult was with a young lady that showed me her breast in what felt like a closet turned office and there was no consideration or conversation about what I wanted or how my augmentation would look. I wanted my surgery with a doctor I developed a relationship of trust and security with. Unfortunately there was clearly no space for that to happen. I've chosen another doctor who offered a digital representation of what I will look like and I trust them with this change.

Lexington Plastic Surgeons are extremely professional, including my doctor, Dr Zetrenne, Nurse Jackie and the first person I met, my consultant Zuwa. They walked me through step-by-step and I feel more comfortable now for my approaching surgery, December 20, 2021.

I'm completely dissatisfied with LPS & their lack of customer service. After having an amazing tummy tuck about 4 years ago & referring tons of people (that actually got work done) I now scheduled a consult for lipo because they were offering spectacular Black Friday deals.

Not to mention Ive continued being a patient with them since my original procedure having fillers, etc over the course of the last 4 years.

I was given a price but told was told that my surgery must be done basically NOW which is super unrealistic! I'm given a price in DEC, surgery must be done in DEC or the price will not be honored. No where on their Black Friday advertisement specified the stipulations which was complete false advertising.

I expressed my concerns, especially being previously approached by a very shady surgery consultant that is no longer with them.

LPS, you have lost a loyal patient & please don't offer your phone number to further discuss cause you guys do not take concerns seriously

Josie was really nice and fun to talk to. Full of energy and knowledge. She broke everything down and I left my appointment confident that I was ready to get my new look.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE !!! Once they have your deposit , you never hear from them until your surgery day . Highly would not recommend ! I also have a friend that is STILL waiting for a refund after 6 months . Save your money and go to Miami !!!!!

Dr. Zetrenne was absolutely amazing, she was very understanding and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. I cannot say the same about the office staff. They were extremely disorganized and even rude at times. They lacked compassion and knowledge of their job day to day job duties. To many hands in pot which caused lots of miscommunication. This made me even feel uneasy and questioning should I move forwards with Lexington. I cannot say enough for Dr. Zetrenne for making up for the discomfort I felt, she was great!
