Got my taxes done with Frank. He is the man!! Frank Kioko, look him up. He is the ultimate tax man. Very fast and friendly service and he will get you that money!! He is all about business a d up to date on all the new laws. He will provide advice and get you that cash. I used to think I was doing pretty good doing my own taxes with Turbo Tax, boy was I wrong! Frank showed me how much I was missing. I have been going to him for the past 4 years now and would not trust anyone else. As far as the offices at 2470 go, they are a little dated. The building itself seems to be in decent shape, so if you are looking for office space that is not too expensive I am sure you could find a home here. It is literally a minute away from 75 and 285. Right off Windy Hill Rd. Plenty of gas and food options around and minutes drom Truist Park and the Battery, home of your Atlanta Braves. The parking lot could use some updating. There is a water fountain feature as you walk in to the lobby that has only been on during one of my visits. The lighting in the building is on the dim side, I mean it is lit well enough, it is not spooky or anything. I guess it just feels dated like the building itself. The elevators are super quick. That is a definite plus. I have never had to wait more than a coupld of seconds to get on here.
