After a rocky start where nobody from sales would approach me or attempt to help me with the vehicle I was looking at, Danny redeemed everything for Lewis Ford. After Danny was finished helping another gentleman, he approached me and was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Danny was helpful and worked with me on the price of the vehicle to get to a point where I was comfortable moving forward with the purchase. I did give him some difficulty in making the sale and took multiple days of negotiation, but Danny never showed frustration or any wavering in his commitment.
