Dibs is the MANReport
Great, friendly service. This is my new GO-TO shop in town.
Walked in clearly knowing nothing about ski gear and these folks fitted me with a fantastic pair of last year's ski boots at market price. Great vibe. Will be going back for any new major gear.Report

Horrible customer service!!!
I was asking for help with an item I've perched, one of their employees aggressively yelled at me in front of the whole store!
I feel Humiliated and would never come back here.
They will tell you what you want to hear to close a sale, but after you pay, they don't take any responsibility for what was promised or on their equipment.
Very disappointed!!
*Comment for the store owner:
If you were actually listening to your costumers,
you would know that I Did not ask for a refund!!
I'm sorry you treat customers so disrespectful, regardless to their requests! as you can see, other customers feel the same way.
My complaint is about the hostile attitude and not your toward return policy!
Please take responsibility for your actions and poor behavior!Re: * DON'T BUY HERE * Horri ... Level Nine Sports - Millcreek replied on Thursday, December 16th 2021Hi Omer, Im sorry you had a bad experience in the store. I dont believe that anyone was yelling about anything at the time though. We do not do returns or exchanges on used equipment as per our return policy and we dont return any new products over 90 days. The used boot you were trying to return was purchased, according to you, over 1.5-2 years ago and without any proof of purchase. Our hands are tied, especially without a receipt. If you would like to re consign your boots, we can do that for you and apply that towards a new boot. This is our standard procedure for used equipment. Again, sorry you had a bad experience but we have policies set on returning products.
These guys have always done the best work, I don't trust anyone else with my skis. I flew my new 105s across the country to have them mounted here, and had an early season gash in my 95s, one I thought was irreparable, and they fixed it right up with a 2 inch base weld. Super knowledgable, professional, and always nice, Level 9 keeps it ? go see themReport
Friendly staff and great service. Was in SLC for the weekend and they hooked me up with a new set of skis with a quick turnaround. Large selection of new and consigned skisReport
Lots of great items at all price levels to select from; however, customer service was severely lacking from the staff at the front counter. The guy didn't acknowledge me at all…not one word during the entire transaction. Lots of shops to buy from around here…won't be coming back.Report
Very clean and niceReport
I get that black friday is gonna be a zoo...I'm not looking for a red carpet rollout. But man, the rude guy with the red beard completely turned me off of buying a season rental on some skis while I was there. It just seemed like he expected me to read the mind of the shop and know where to pick up my online purchase and was pretty put off that I'd even dare ask questions about the process to pick up my new boots. Just seemed elitist and bothered by my presence being there.Report
Everyone else seemed like nice pleasant people, so it's probably not all bad apples there; and that's why I'll give em a two star review.
Dave was on it; such a swell guy. Knew his stuff. Patiently listening to my old school experience, he managed to get my daughter outfitted for safe play in the upcoming white stuff. Winter is nearReport
Thanks Dave.
