Josh was awesome. I have a 2018 Corvette and I only choose to get is serviced at Lester Glenn because of staff like him. They always are honest and take care of my baby. Thank you to everyone again.

I got a few things done, Joshua was very nice and efficient!

Process of buying my 2022 Chevy Colorado was decent. Sales team worked with me to get my monthly payment down close to where I needed them.

My one issue is with one of the options that was included in the package.

On the window sticker (which I just happened to randomly pull from my paperwork to look at) I noticed an included option for side step rails for my truck.
This option was never mentioned whatsoever by the dealer. I am a new truck owner and I admit, I may be a little naive so I didn't even realize that this was something that should have been scheduled for install. I really don't feel like this should have been my responsibility. It should have been mentioned to me at the time of purchase. I am disappointed in the sales team for not including this in our final conversation.
The option cost me $800 on my loan and, if I had never looked at this sticker and realized, I would have been paying for an option I never received.
I got the side steps installed today. The process was quick and they look good.
The moral of the story os to please be thorough about what options you are supposed to have and make sure you get them all.

Went today for maintenance on my Chevy Traverse. The service team is friendly, professional, and work was completed as promised on time. My service advisor Joshua Kingston took the time to go over everything with me as well as discussing upcoming services.
