sold me a fan blower kit that wont work with the fireplace, charged me 235 for just the fan but will only refund me 209 because that is the new price. I upgraded to a remote t stat for a quoted price from the installer for 100 but the company want to charge me 210. I noticed online i can get the fan kit anywhere for under 150 and the remote for under 100. Place is a total rip off, they did not even clean the fireplace when they got done with the final assy.Report
