Luis, Mario and his team are not only expert problem solvers able to think outside of the box, they are also kind, decent people who are a pleasure to work with. Being self-employed makes obtaining a mortgage at competitive rates challenging to say the least. Nevertheless, Luis and his team have taken me to closing on two refinances to help us reach our real estate goals, and have guided and advised me on financing decisions over the years. Had a amazing experience refinancing my Moms house in Miramar with Louis and team, showed up in my Moms house to help her get the paperwork needed, lowered her rate and paid her credit card bills much needed in hard times . Always recommending his services as always makes me look good!! Thanks Lou
