About Legacy Retirement Residence
Western States Lodging & Management built its first Utah senior living community - Legacy Retirement Residence in South Jordan, Utah - in 1996.  Two years later, Legacy House of Bountiful, Utah assisted living community formerly known as Bountiful House, opened its doors. Since that time, we have built and opened additional senior-living communities in South Jordan, Taylorsville, Ogden and Logan, Utah. Construction is also under way for Legacy Village Center for Rehabilitation & Memory Care in Taylorsville, Utah—a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. Our newest community, Legacy Retirement Residence of Mesa, Arizona, opened in March 2009 and is the first of several communities planned for surrounding states.
