Poor experience today. The Svc rep said if my filters needed replaced he would have the technician bring them to me. That never happened. The Svc rep came to tell me car was ready but both filters could use replacements-- my car was sitting in the Svc area ready to go. I said it will have to be next time. I paid and went home. When I got home, I opened the glove box and then it would not close back. I had to drive 7 miles back to the dealer and the technician came out and fixed it in a few minutes. I thought the Svc rep should have done something to compensate me for the hassles.Report
