We believe in locally sourcing seasonal, farm-fresh vegetables and the freshest, most sustainable seafood available. Our steaks hail from the finest purveyors on the planet, chosen for flavor and quality. They range from USDA Prime, dry-aged for at least 28-days, to the finest expression of grass-fed beef possible, raised in the most pristine environmental conditions. Our artisanal craft cocktails are the ideal aperitif and we offer a range of award-winning wines from which to select the perfect pairing. Leatherby's Cafe Rouge is also the perfect special event venue. The Private Dining Room offers a secluded space perfect for business meetings. The Main Dining Room provides a classic, warm environment with views of the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza and outdoor performances. Both spaces can be transformed to accommodate weddings, corporate events, receptions and other special occasions. Our restaurant is also available for full buyouts for your event.
