LeanFeast Vacaville

I've been following LeanFeast Vacaville since they opened and I finally made the trip to their location to try them out. The food is delicious, this is the missing ingredient to my fitness routine as I work out consistently but it's difficult working 40-50+ hours a week, working out and still finding time to shop & cook healthy along with finding matching tupperware! This has been a game changer, I definitely recommend!

My wife and I were so excited to find out this place was opening because we have been searching for a meal prep company. We as many others live an extremely busy lifestyle and sometimes find it hard to prep our food. Unfortunately that excitement didn't last long. We went the first week and my wife wanted to order 5 meals, they were out of a lot of chicken flavors and veggies. We figured it was the first week so she just picked out of whatever they had. The next week she ordered online for 12pm pick up. We showed up at 12:15 and they hadn't even started prepping her food. We once again said it's only their first couple weeks so we will try them again. The next week we placed the premium package for the vegetarian options and another premium for the chicken/ steak. She was supposed to get 5 chicken / 5 steak. She got 2 steak and 8 chicken. I then called about the fact that my vegetarian burgers had no bun, lettuce, or tomatoes. When I called they said they don't give that out. I asked why it said they did online. The kid asked the owner who said they did give them out and he would refund us next order. He said to leave it in the comments and it would be taken care of. Week 4 (today) we then placed a premium order for vegetarian and another for chicken/ steak. We showed up to get our meals and asked about the refund and the lady was extremely rude. She said they didn't sell just buns so she didn't know how much to give us. If we went to a regular restaurant and they mess up your food they remake or refund the entire order. We didn't even bring up the fact that they subbed some of our carbs and veggies for other carbs/ veggies that we didn't order .

She then proceeds to tell us they didn't have any of the 5 vegetarian burgers we ordered on Friday, for Sunday (today) pick up. Never once did we receive a phone call. At this point I am over going here and tell her to just refund the vegetarian package this week . She said, "this is perfectly good food." I do not care that it was perfectly good food, you cannot substitute a burger for meatballs and think I'm just going to take it. We will not be back and will be reporting them to the BBB. They clearly have false advertising because when I asked about the buns, lettuce and tomatoes she said you can do whatever online it doesn't mean we have to carry it. Pretty strange when you go directly to the Vacaville store online and it shows what the meals come with and that is included.

This place is amazing!!!! FOOD IS GOOD!! Jordan helped me pick out my food. Prices are affordable and really helps with the conviencey. Loved the music choice as well. Positive vibes soon as you walk through the door!

Great good- Honey Soy Ginger Steak is amazing- grilled chicken breast has been hard as a rock 4 times I've gotten it.

I'd suggest a rule to be put in place- nothing boils my blood more than waiting behind two grown woman gets a 5 x 5 chicken + steak meals, when I'm just coming in for a crush pack.

Anyways. All in all they are good- just need to concentrate on the urgency of the line & how painstakingly hard it is to wait for people to fulfill a HUGE order the 8 times I've come in.

I went in they and as they definately seemed more interested in fullfilling their weekly and daily orders. I was interested in knowing more about how the process works as i have never been there but was really wanting to do it as i am keto. The tall man brushed me off and was very short when asking questions. Another women walked in he took her order because i wasnt ready but i waited to ask additional questions and he walked off with an acquaintance outside without telling me anything and didnt tell any other customers that I was waiting so they continued to ignore me. Another thing that didnt sit right with me is the fact that 3 of the employees were wearing their mask under their noses. So we left...

I bet the food is amazing, it looked amazing while I was in the store. My downfall with the Vacaville location is I called the number that was attached to the website and ordered. Yes it did have a 408 area code but thought well it's a new food place and maybe that is the owners cell or something. My area code is 224 but live in Vacaville. Long story short, I walked in there and expected to pick up the order at 1400 like I was told but that wasn't the case. Ok, I'll eat up the fact that I called the 408 number, but didn't need to get talked to like I am the master of knowing your protocols. First, stay humble lean feast crew. You guys may be poppin' now but....just stay humble! So their menu stated a 10 prep meal, I asked for that and was told that the max is 5 prep meals that you can order in person. My advice is to advertise better and make it known that order more than 5 is a 48 hour wait and 5 meals is the max in store purchase. No negative vibes to the food chain but I mean be better with customer etiquette.

*food looks fresh but can we swap San Jose people to Vacaville because those people are amazing*

Since we just recently opened that is why we aren't taking over the phone orders at this time. So delicious!
My husband and I were unfamiliar with the ordering process, but the staff was so helpful in explaining how it works. They were also very friendly.
We will definitely be coming back!!
