Every LBA technician I've dealt with has been very professional and friendly. LBA office staff are excellent as well, contacting me by phone when the tech is on the way and sending me a pic of the technician I can expect at my door. The tech was very friendly, clean, quick and professional. Customer Service is not dead at LBA! Strongly recommend.

Tech was polite and professional. Very courteous. We had a tech out to the house within 3 hours.
