Please really think about it before using this law firm. I have had a case with them since 2018 for a class action case it is now 2024 and somehow they never really hear back from the courts which is very weird. I just got word that my hearing date will not be until September. This case will literally take almost 10 years if they continue to drag as much as they have. They take no responsibility. They just blame the courts, Covid at one point just a bunch of excuses as to why my case is still not solved. They blame it on the company I sued then they blame it on the courts. I spoke to a woman earlier today, when I told her this case has taken very long, she literally in nice words said too bad so sad there’s nothing they can do about it but when have you heard of a court taking so long to get a hearing date over a class action employment case? One of my friends sued the same company around the same time I did, her case was solved within two years, and it was during Covid Sure why mine is still not solved I regret using this company 100% please take your time and do some research before you choose them to work on Your case!

This lawyer's office is a disgrace to the legal profession. They have dragged out this case for three years, blaming missed court dates on the client and failing to provide any updates or return calls. It's clear that they are just stringing the client along, continuously pushing back court dates and having them sign meaningless settlement agreements. It's time for this charade to end, for the client to receive their funds, and for this incompetent lawyer to be held accountable for their unethical behavior. Enough is enough – it's time for this nightmare to be over.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Spoke to a person Martha, took the claim on nov 28th, still waiting on a reply called 5 times still can not have an attorney contact me regarding my case. They will only forward a message STILL NO REPLY. WORST Customer Service EVER. Is this a real law firm or Make up business. STAY AWAY

Their billboard is on/lit up at all hours of the night on Ventura Boulevard, glaring into neighbors’ houses and yards - very annoying and NOT a good look for their firm

Very professional ????

Awful service! One of their attorneys accepted a case action against my employer and now they decided not to go forward with the case. Providing false information and no one ever follows up with me. I had to contact them multiple times. Then months later, I called again, and they said they will take action against the employer but later on declined the case. I went with another attorney. It's a waste of my time! I highly recommend anyone not to go with them and see other attorneys with better ratings.

I called these people because i need professional advice and i was willing to pay for it. But the very bored sounding secretary kept asking me a million questions about my problem saying "its just part of the intake process" and we'll call you back. then i get an email from them saying they wont represent me. I DIDNT ASK FOR REPRESENTATION! And on top of that, the email refered to me as Ms. and im a man.
imagine walking into a store and they pull out your wallet and when they see no money inside, they tell you to just leave.
Thats what my experience with these people felt like.
