Thanks Meredith. Workers comp adjusters frequently deny injury claims alleging a pre-existing condition. The usual game is the worker comp doc only takes an xray for back pain/leg numbness and the xray shows degenerative changes so they deny the claim. No MRI is done. No prior problems. Working full duty prior to the injury. Yet they point to the x-ray and deny the case. Glad to fight this battle anytime!
