He won my case but requested more money for expenses than agreed to..I would not refer anyone to him. I was told that my medical fees had been paid and that was one of the things we were suing for. That's something we were not awarded so he wanted more money from me. He blamed me because of how I answered a question pertaining to payment from the bills. He later told me that it was the judge who refused to award anyone in my situation. I would have had to go through suing him to get the full amount of money and I was already in a financial hardship at that time.

Kelby: Your case was denied. I took your case to trial and won a $33,000 award. The only issue the judge didn't award was medical bills. This was wrong and I strongly recommended that we appeal, but you did not want to appeal. My fee was 25%, plus expenses. That's all I received. We gave you a detailed settlement statement which you signed. This was all back in 2017. Saying I took more money than agreed to is 100% not true.
Amazing attorney that gets results. I had a previous attorney that talked big, but opposing council were corporate attorneys and steamrolled him. I switched to Jim and he was no fear toe to toe with the corporate machine. Since getting Jim I am receiving medical treatment and weekly benefits I was previously denied!
