Got in and out without any delays or issues. Maintenance and requested optional work were completed as desired and my own post inspection didn't find anything out of place. Can't ask for more than that.

The purchase experience was great - they were fast, honest and accommodating. The aftermarket add-ons were perfect.

Consider this the most mediocre review possible. I have nothing notably good or bad to say. Several things make Albany Toyota just another run of the mill dealer/service shop. No frills. Nothing that makes you specifically choose to return, and nothing that keeps you away for any strong reason. Not even a car wash after servicing your vehicle. I’ve come to expect that as a standard, but I guess not. Oh well. The people are plenty friendly, cordial, professional, and answered all the questions I had. If I were to complain about anything, it’s that they don’t have a courtesy car. I live in Salem, so it is a little jaunt to get my car serviced under warranty. I guess it’s my own fault for living where I live, but they told me the service would take half day to full day. That’s too long to wait at the dealer, so I had to inconvenience a friend to drive me to and from because they don’t have a courtesy vehicle. Turned out they were done in 2.5 hours. Had I known that, I would have taken a book and waited there. Didn’t need to drive home after all! I guess my real complaint, rather than a lack of courtesy car and no car wash, is that they gave a poor time estimate that ended up inconveniencing me more than necessary. I’m not mad or even disappointed, it’s just not ideal, and typical of the industry. So there you go, the most mediocre review imaginable.

I have only the highest praise for the Albany Toyota service Department and the work they completed on my 2013 Toyota RAV4. They have been not only been very professional, but also very friendly, kind and helpful. I so appreciate the special sales and 10 percent coupon for the repair work . They even replaced my front and rear windshield wipers. I will always have my car serviced at Albany Toyota! Thanks so very much!
