I had a 10k service appointment and was greeted at the door and then Mike helped me right away. I really like the new customer waiting area with a snack bar! I drive a ways so I appreciated the quick service.Report

Ashton helped my son, husband and I look at a car for our sons very first car. I had been looking on every single site you could think of for used cars, including individual dealership sites. Portland, Bend, Eugene, Washington even. We looked far and wide. We had narrowed down cars and safety features we wanted (while also appealing to our son) and found it in a car that Albany Toyota had. I messaged Ashton on Facebook market place and we met up with him for a test drive.Report
I want to preface that I hate sales people. Passionately. I understand that they have a job to do and money to make, but I don't want to be sold to. But, sales people sure try!
Ashton was not a typical sales person. I've encountered SO many in my life. He made sure to address my son. This was huge because the car was being purchased by my son. We were just there helping. He was able to talk to us all individually, effortlessly. Nothing was forced or salesly. He respected our privacy, so that we can talk as a family about the purchase. We were at a different dealership in Keizer the previous weekend and within 10 minutes we walked out and left because of the salesman. Ashton was refreshing. He made our son's first experience buying a car a breeze. I have 2 other kids and no doubt will we go back to Albany Toyota when they're ready to purchase their first car. 10/10 recommend, thank you, Ashton!
My interaction with everyone was fine, but my first oil change on my brand new and freshly detailed / ceramic coated 2025 Tundra and someone managed to scratch the driver side headlight and get oil smudges all over the interior leather. I had to get the interior detailed again and then had to have the scratches in the headlight compounded out and they're still visible! Unfortunate to bring my brand new perfect truck in for warranty work, just for it to be messed up. Thanks for making my new truck feel used already... Giving 2 stars because my interactions have been friendly & good. I was told I was going to get a call back, but it's been several days and I haven't gotten reached out to - so I just decided to post this review instead. I shouldn't have to fix minor blemishes caused by carelessness on a brand new $70k+ truck. Small details make a big impact - vehicles should be returned in the condition they were in (if not better). Unacceptable.Report
I’m only writing this to actually help other single women with issues dealing with life. I decided I needed to get a new vehicle that’s reliable in every way as I also have a small child so I need her to be safe. I had done my own investigation of inventory at multiple dealerships to help me find a price point I can deal with. I found a vehicle at Albany Toyota that fit my needs and I made an appointment. When I went in, I was treated very well and I absolutely didn’t feel pushed on or stressed in any way and since I already knew what I wanted that helped me communicate with my sales rep Mark. He didn’t talk over me and I feel like he listened very well. I didn’t feel rushed or anything negative, honestly. I also am so broke and only had my current vehicle for a trade in. I am lucky because my credit score is finally a very good number but I have been working on that for at least 4 years prior. If you have money to go in with your trade in, that helps you a lot, but since I didn’t have that, I was still treated with respect by multiple male employees. They gave a fair price on my trade in vehicle and i purchased a very competitive priced Corolla that day. I have a warranty under the vehicle which, yes, is more than I wanted spend but when we communicated over my limits with monthly pay, etc, they still gave me my best price point. Thank you Mark! Thank you Albany Toyota! Really was the best dealership experience I could of ever had, alone as a woman. Sometimes things are not fair, but I felt treated very fairly and nothing else.Report
My bike tire went flat on the way to work and Jason was very helpful I appreciate him and all the helpful staff thereReport
I never wanted to have to deal with a dealership again. With that said, I will say that I was pleasantly surprised. The most important part for me was that they respected my budget. In the end, they managed to get me into a van that I didn't think I had a shot at. It took them a few tries and I needed to adjust my budget a bit, but the deal got done. I do, however, think that it shouldn't take 4+ hours to buy a vehicle. I would also recommend comfortable chairs for the customers. The chairs are what made this review 4 stars. If I have to sit that long, something that is more back friendly would be nice. That aside, Liam, Eddie and Drake were great to work with. I'm pleased with how this experience turned out. And while I don't hope to get hit by a semi truck again, I would talk to these guys about buying a vehicle again.Report
