This is the best med spa in San Diego. All of the nurses and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve gotten a wide range of services here, and I always feel like I’m in good hands.

Dr Ataii has transformed my hyperpigmentation with a variety of lasers and consistently reevaluates my progress to determine the best next steps. The team at this clinic are extremely professional, caring, as easy to talk to. I really enjoy my visits and the practice environment (aesthetic and ambiance). I trust Dr Ataii is working with me to decide how to move forward, and seeks my thoughts on changes between laser sessions. His knowledge of the modalities is excellent and we have lovely conversations which includes education about the conditions and lasers. I appreciate this very much and it helps equip me in making treatment decisions.

Update: I received an email from Laser Clinique threatening arbitration if I do not remove this review. They have also attempted to call me several times, but to be frank I have no interest in returning to their facility after experiencing undesirable results from two procedures- Botox and the Excel V laser. I do not feel comfortable risking having these procedures go wrong again.

I used to love coming here but after my last visit to get Botox for TMJ in my jaw, I will not be returning. My usual clinician was not available and the practitioner who injected me did not insert the needle deeply enough which caused the Botox to do absolutely nothing, leaving me in discomfort with inflamed masseter muscles.

I waited an entire month to see if my body needed time for the Botox to work but my condition and pain only worsened. I called Laser Clinique today to describe my situation to an apathetic sounding receptionist and was not offered any sort of resolution aside from coming in and paying all over again to get injected. I find this to be very frustrating considering I have been coming here for years to treat my TMJ and this is the first and only time the treatment was done improperly and was rendered entirely useless.

During this appointment I also had an Excel V laser treatment on my breast augmentation scars. This was my second time getting this laser treatment. The first time I did not notice a difference, and this time around I noticed the hyperpigmentation actually spread beyond the scar, giving a worsened mottled and discolored appearance. It has been over a month now since the procedure was done and the appearance is not improving. I’m unsure if the setting on the laser was too high, but I am left feeling more self conscious than before.

I will not come back here anymore, primarily because of the undesirable results I received but in part due to how unfriendly a few of the front desk employees are. One in particular has a particularly cold demeanor, an experience no longer worth enduring after spending hundreds of dollars on two treatments that were improperly performed, with the laser leaving me with visibly worse scars than before.

I have been coming to Laser Clinique for a few years and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! Dr Ataii knows his craft and the staff is
welcoming and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and has a calming atmosphere.
I felt completely at ease during my treatment, thanks to the skilled and knowledgeable. The results have been fantastic, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out!

Laser hair removal here is such a comfortable process! It’s pretty painless coming from someone with a low pain tolerance. Victoria works sooo quick and is easy to talk to so it makes for a comfortable experience overall!

Dr attai is a perfect very educated and sensitive doctor. He explained my problem and he did very well and the whole time he explained what he did. And the front staff was helpful and kind as well including Maddie who took me back for photos. The best of the best in California

I do not recommend this place for acne treatments. Excel V and laser genesis did nothing for my skin. I had acne on my neck, chin, and cheeks. I did two sessions of both lasers and nothing came of it. Redemption stars for the staff encouraging we stop laser treatment due to lack of results although I am disappointed they did not mention there was a chance of the treatment not working to begin with.

First time client for eyebrow tattoo laser removal. Dr. Ataii got it done in one shot. To say I’m satisfied is an understatement!
