My service representative (Robert Head) was absolutely awesome. He managed to quick turn the diagnosis, repair, and extended warranty payment with ease! He gave a master class in calming down an upset customer (me) while providing exceptional, expedient service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and he's a big reason why I'll return to Larry H. Miller for all my vehicle service and purchase needs. Thanks Robert!

My husband and I brought our friend in last Saturday to look at cars. She is a single lady and had not owned a vehicle in several years so was a little overwhelmed at the prospect of buying a car. Jonathan Ryberg assisted us and was so very helpful, patient and efficient in answering all of her questions and worries. After test driving a Kia Soul, she decided to purchase it. Finances were quite complicated and, again, Jonathan was there to see it through to completion. He also got her signed up for car insurance while we were waiting for other issues to be resolved. Thank you, Jonathan, for being so kind to us and our friend. She is one happy lady!

HORRIBLE service department and VERY unprofessional. I was there for 1.5 hour due to having a nail in my tire. Just for them to tell me they didn't find a nail. Waste of time. Went to les swab and they FOUND the nail ?

This dealer has not produced my vehicle 2021 ram 3500 and has kept my 2000 dollar deposit even though they can't even get said vehicle stay away from these scammers now I have to make a complaint with my credit card tand pay

The only reason I'm giving this Larry H. Miller 3 stars instead of 5 is because of one man in the finance department by the name of Tim. He may be the department manager as well. I came to this car lot with a 2019 Honda CR-V that I purchased earlier this year in February, I was looking to trade it in and capitalize on the instant equity I acquired due to the used car shortage; who wouldn't? Everything went great, found the car I wanted, with the right miles and price. I was able to get a pro-rated refund on the warranty I purchased with the CR-V that I no longer needed, because the new Accord I got still had 3 years left on the original manufacturer warranty. So far so good. We get into the finance office with good Ole Tim, and of course we start having buyers remorse. I asked about our interest rate before I signed the final paperwork making sure that it did not go up. Surely they would have allowed me to sign paperwork making my new interest rate 12% whereas the one I had now is 5.7%. That was the 1st red flag they didn't even let me know, Tim didn't even let me know. After that I realized I might want to read the entire agreement to make sure they didn't change anything else and also inquired on the manufacturer's warranty to make sure it was good enough and covered what I wanted covered. As soon as I asked about the warranty, Tim interrupted me and said something along the lines of... "okay I'm going to match your interest rate of 5.7% and also extend your warranty for another 3 years, including GAP and all the bells and whistles", who wouldn't agree to that? Well what I wasn't told is I took a new loan for close to 25k instead of the 19.5k I thought I took. Tim really paid himself with the warranty he basically criminally applied to my loan without my knowledge or consent. Who would pay 3k extra for a 2nd (additional) powertrain warranty? Who needs two for one engine? When I called the dealership back to speak with good Ole Tim, he lied and said that my new accord didn't come with a warranty. What a joke. Read the fine print when dealing with the so called Tim.

Mike Gonzalez and his team in the service lane are absolutely top notch. Nothing but the best customer service provided and honesty is the name of the game. I have lived in many states and this is my 4th Cherokee. Mike delivers every time I need work completed. I wouldn't deal with anyone else in the TV.

Recently used the LHM in Boise's Service Department to make some pretty extensive repairs to my 2007 Dodge Ram. Robert in Service was awesome and professional, explained all the repairs and the costs involved. Actual cost came in lower than the estimate (How often does that happen!?) The job was done sooner than originally anticipated and my truck is running great. I recommend using them and will absolutely use then again.

We recently dropped off my husband's Jeep for a recall service, and my Nissan unexpectedly died in the parking lot while waiting to pick him up. Once I processed the irony, I realized I couldn't have picked a better place to have car trouble. The service team was so kind, jumped my car, and offered to replace my battery, even though they are not a Nissan service center. Robert Head, the gentleman that took care of us was stellar, and they had both our cars done in just a few hours, despite being busy.
