Drop off easy with an appointment. Pick up was much sooner that projected: 1 1/2 hours vs. 2 1/2 projected. Professional and pleasant.

I had a terrible emergency, my air conditioner went out. Isaac Moya calmed me down and really made my day great instead of it being an ordeal. I will always ask for Isaac Moya each time I schedule service. He is knowledgeable, efficient and goes above and beyond. He is an asset to American Toyota.

7/24/24 Martin was fantastic! He were so friendly and very understanding. Smooth service. Not bad for under 2 hours.

7/2021. Having to sit there for 3.5 hours for an oil change and to check on some odd things. With no one telling us any updates is unacceptable. We were told that it had been done for a while. We had told them we would wait inside. This is NOT okay. They had both of our phone numbers. They only called once apparently and left a message which my wife's phone was dying. Anyone would call both phone numbers or at least check to ask who we were and what were waiting on which they did not bother to do.

Left the dealership with low tire pressure indicator. Disappointed that this was not checked/fixed.

Great service, nice environment. Tacoma was in and out quickly.

The advisor Will Talbott, he has a lot experience of cars. I’m very happy!
