Add ReviewI was quoted a price but charged an additional amount, as a shop fee. Apparently I should have requested that my car be worked on outside. So to everyone out there, know that Larry H Miller quotes and pricing does not include the cost of shop use.Report
The part's department is awesome but the service department is overstaffed and shady.

Fast, efficient service. Accommodations for waiting customers were thoughtful.Report
I had a great experience with all the staff that helped me up until I paid my down payment. After paying that and my bank approving the loan I was ignored and lied to.Report
My sales rep, Armando, completely ignored my questions and concerns. I called the dealership a week prior to my temp tag expiring because I hadn’t gotten any info about my license plate. I was told I’d get a call the next day from a title officer. The next day came and no call. I waited for the weekend to end and called again but nobody answered the phone for five minutes. I texted Armando and was ignore so I called him the next day. He assured me he’d ask around and text me back but, again, nothing. I understand I’m not the only customer but I am still a customer and deserve some help, especially if I’m being incredibly patient and not rude at all. I was also promised a cosmetic part on my car would be replaced due to it being cracked before me taking ownership but to no surprise there’s been no text, call or email about that. Again, I feel lied to and taken advantage of and will not be taking my business here in the future.

Will Talbot went above & beyond to help meReport
I expressed a multitude of concerns regarding deplorable customer service, sexist remarks made towards me, and slimy billing practices on a previous Google review a few months ago and I had a manager from Toyota give me a call and apologize. At the the time they asked if I would take down my comment and reassured me that it would not happen again. Well it's happened again and I have to say that they lost a customer. The promises they originally guaranteed were not kept. This is especially shameful since Toyota created and sold millions of copies of "The Toyota Way" which details best practices and ensures excellent customer service. Not only have I been tossed around between service advisors every time I take my vehicle in, they never seem to properly correct my phone number in their system (which leads to a very frustrating series of phone calls where the service advisor does not pick up and I'm forced to pay for an Uber to take me to the dealership to talk to someone). I have also been told if "I needed to have my husband review the bill and the work that was preformed" (this is 2025 and I have maintained my own vehicle(s) for 20 years...so this is an extremely outdated and gross comment to make). I have been heckled by service advisors when I was having issues with my front sensors. They were demeaning me by saying things like "you probably hit your front sensors and that's why you're having issues. You don't remember hitting your car against anything? You REALLY don't remember hitting them? That's the only reason they would not work is if YOU caused damage". Also, I have antitheft tire locks from Toyota which was nice until I needed a tire rotation performed. They apparently do not have their own tire antitheft key on hand to rotate the tires. I told them over the phone 3 times where it was located and they rudely commented "it was not in the place you indicated and so we could not do the tire rotation". Which was FALSE the person didn't even know what they were looking for until I went to the dealership and showed them the antitheft key. Not only that, but they dishonestly overcharged me for services done on my vehicle. They claimed that I never needed services done beforehand (beyond what was covered in Toyota Care). And to give a little context my vehicle has 24,000 miles on it. I also have receipts from previous appointments where I was not charged because it was under my Toyota Care. My question to you all is how can one drive a vehicle for 24,000 miles and not have anything else other than Toyota Care (which is basic oil changes and inspections) for 2 years. I brought this concern to Luis (Manager) who was repeating over and over the services that were on my bill but did absolutely nothing to solve any of the concerns that I had. It showed lackadaisical effort and not even remotely illustrating "The Toyota Way".Report
