The team here at Spokane Hyundai is one of the best I have ever dealt with in my history of buying cars. I had called in July looking for more information on a hybrid vehicle. Later in August I received a call from Ryan 'Van', who was just following up to see if I was still interested. I came in and test drove the new Tucson and knew that I had to have it. Ryan and the finance team worked with me to get me a price that I could afford. It was honestly not stressful at all. The whole team is polite and friendly and I truly felt like they listened to any concerns and had my best interest at heart.
I never felt pressured or talked down to because I was a female buying a car by myself.

I would definitely recommend Spokane Hyundai. They will do their best to get you the car you want without the stress and drama.

I've owned my new 2020 Tucson for little over a year with 15k miles on it, I had a fuel leak and took it in, I've driven it normally like any other economy car. I had to pay 560 dollars and was told it wasn't under warranty because it wasn't a manufacturer issue. I fail to see how this was a user error when I've driven it normally for only 15k miles around town. I was told it was a "grey" area when it comes to the warranty. I also fail to see how any other near future complications will be covered under said warranty if this is any reflection on what constitutes "under warranty" and how grey that area really is. Pretty displeased by the outcome 560 dollars on a new car with this kind of issue is frustrating. That being said the workers were nice and accommodating on their part. Prob won't be going to this shop again.. I also lost a lot of gas so there's another 40 to refill it.

Very happy with my decision to purchase a new vehicle here. We were lucky enough to get introduced to Sam and he did an amazing job. He wasn't pushy and didn't seem to have that strong pushy attitude trying to get us in a vehicle. He asked what we were looking for and made it possible to test drive the vehicles we were interested in. Great customer service is hard to find these days. I bought my car back in the end of august and now ita making a weird sound when you reverse and brake in the mornings. I drove there but they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Kind of bumb for it has less than 2000 miles
