Jacking up the price on a new Civic Type R by $7500 will cost them money in the long run. It's been proven. Dealers that price gouge lose repeat customers and get a bad reputation.

Won't be back. I like honda and have always used them because the service is usually stellar. Moved to spokane and Needed struts replaced. Was quoted 850$ for them. Came in to get them done and was given the sheet to sign that said 1600$. I told them that was wrong. After begrudgingly correcting that I waited an hour and was told they ordered the wrong struts and Had to come back the next day. They finished my struts and they charged me 1300$. Apparently labor wasn't included in thier quote? Idk, not upfront about costs, and wasted my time i had to take off work to get it done. I'll use the spokane valley location from now on.

My experience at Honda was very good. Kristin made it so enjoyable. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She wasn’t pushy , she was polite, kind and easy to work with. I would send all my friends Honda , thanks to Kristin.
