I had a great experience here when my wife and I purchased a new Odyssey. Our salesman was Robert Betancourt and he made the purchase process smooth and simple. He also continued to follow up for the weeks after to see if we were still satisfied with our van. Not many salesmen care beyond the initial sale. I highly recommend Honda and Robert if you’re in need of a car.

Robert Betancourt is the best person we could have had to help us when we were looking for a new car. Robert did not see us as dollar signs—he saw us as people he could help to find the right car. He listened to us and really cared about us and what we wanted. He never rushed us or pressured us. He took the time to show us how everything worked on the car. He was always available to answer any questions we had, in person, by phone, or by text. I have no doubt that in one week, one month, or one year he will still be there for us. Robert is the best. I highly recommend him.

Bob's name will appear in the review but I, Kathy, am the one who purchased the Honda CR-V. Robert Betancourt was my salesperson and I would highly recommend him to other buyers. I knew what I wanted and Robert and the Honda team worked hard to get the exact car I requested. Did I mention I hate buying a car? Robert was very patient, kind and made my car purchase much easier than I expected. Thank you Robert and the Findlay Honda Team.

The service department is great. After my kiddos left the lights on in my 07 odyssey the battery went dead. This, as you may know shuts down the radio and Navi system and requires a pass code to restore them to working order. As I live closer to Lewiston Idaho I called the Honda dealer there. They told me I needed to bring the vehicle in to get it fixed. I gave them the serial number for the systems and they refused to give me the codes. I live about 1-1/2 hours away and told them it wasn’t an easy task to take my van to them to fix this issue. After that, I also called CDA Honda and they gave me the same run around. So, I finally called Findlay for 1 last shot and the service manager there was a great help and assisted me without hesitation. He also informed me there was no reason the other 2 places couldn’t give me the information I needed. Thank again guys! You saved me a big headache!!
