Add ReviewNEVER COME HERE FOR SERVICE! We dropped our truck off Monday for service, we authorized them to fix the water pump only as that was all we could afford for the moment; we were given a subtotal of one amount and when I picked up the truck this morning, the subtotal was different than what they told us originally, they never mentioned anything to us about a thermostat and O-ring also needing to be replaced just some belts with the water pump and they replaced the thermostat and O-ring without contacting us first! My husband has been trying to call since yesterday leaving voicemails with no answer. No call back. Taylor is a complete condescending jerk! He proceeds to lie to my face saying he called my husband yesterday morning and left a voicemail saying his truck was done. He did not call my husband. There is no missed calls no voicemails and if that was the case, how come when my husband called 6+ times yesterday and about four times this morning was no voicemails returned and no phone calls answered? Also, Taylor had my phone number as well to call because my husband works a full-time job, not once a call to my phone number, but he had no problem calling my phone number Monday when my husband didn’t answer for Taylor to give usual the diagnosis and the cost breakdown, I had to go in there this morning to get an update. The service department completely lacks customer service skills and reviews on the service department website proves that, multiple customers have had the same issues with the service department. We had a great experience with purchasing our truck at this location in April 2024, but due to the way, the service department treats people and cannot communicate and lies about cost. We will never ever return to this dealership for anything again. I have other work that needs to be done that we were going to bring back when we could afford it, but I will find somewhere else to go. Oh, and let me add their pricing is about double what other places charge I called around after just to see and I could’ve got my water pump done for half the cost of what they charged me at multiple other places we just thought with our truck being Ford let’s have the Ford dealership fix it never again Horrible horrible horrible place.Report
This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dealership ever. I bought my car from LHM Draper 7 months ago and I took my car originally to LHM super ford on June 6th due to my transmission shifting hard, a loud clatter when it was cold, a issue with my auto windows, and a squeak in the front end of my car when I went over bumps. They did awesome over there even mentioned a leak on my vacuum pump I didn’t know about and told me they would repair all of my concerns (replace trans, vacuum pump, phasers, fix switch, lower ball joint). Due to some issues with my warranty it had to be taken to LHM Draper to have all of the repairs done which was fine but that’s where the issues started. I had no clue when my car arrived until next day when I checked the location on my app and tried calling, when I tried calling my advisor he wouldn’t answer and somehow I ended up in fleet, so I tried again and the lady had to walk and physically get my advisor to answer the phone when I talked to him he said they got no paper work, so I told them everything wrong and sent them the paperwork and they told me they would look into it didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks so I called couldn’t get ahold of my advisor waited for a day or two and tried again and my advisor isn’t answering so I left work early to figure out what’s going on and at this point I talked to a service manager because I was frustrated and got no communication on my car at all and he told me that they are not going to replace my transmission only replace a small part, not going to do my phasers, and they can’t find the squeaking noise. So I asked why they aren’t just repairing what the other shop diagnosed since it’s a LHM and he said “Our technicians are way better then theirs” I was super confused why he was beating down his sister dealership I told him about the vacuum pump and he said they weren’t doing it because weren’t told about it and his techs didn’t see it on the inspection but as soon as I showed him photos of the leak LHM super ford sent me from their inspection he said he would do it. Only positive was I got a loaner Fast forward like 2 more weeks my car was supposed to be done front end squeak fixed, trans, all that I arrive- find my car has greasy hand marks on hood and driver door, head rest are greasy and there’s trash in my car also they didn’t do the vacuum pump and told me they couldn’t hear the rattle when cold so they didn’t fix it. I didn’t even make it down the street to find they didn’t fix the squeak in the front end so I called my service advisor and had to drop it off again a day later. Now they said they are going to fix the squeak and vacuum pump. Waited 2 weeks nothing, had to call they told me my car was done I picked it up squeak gone, they said they did the valve cover and vacuum pump I started driving it home and when it got hot it started smoking, when I got home I parked it in my driveway just for it to leak in my driveway and my oil low, washers weren’t working and I filled the fluid all the way to test them, when I called I was promised a free tow but they gave me the wrong number so I had to call back when I called back they told me I had to pay for the tow until I mad it a big deal and had to talk to the general sales manager, took pics of leak just for me to have. Then to call a week later and ask what’s going on and them tell me my cars not leaking, every time I talk to them I tell them I’m not asking for a lot just an update on my car, I’ve shortened this story a lot I’ve had to leave work early several times just to get in contact with this dealership to figure out what’s going on, they acted like I’m an inconvenience and flat out would get annoyed with me and lie to me just because I wanted an update on my car. I had my boyfriend call for me and they changed their attitude they were respectful towards him and would actually tell him what’s going in. I finally got my car back today 8/19 after 3 months it was dirty again greasy hands everywhere and greasy headrests, super disappointed with their customer serviceReport
I received very rude and unprofessional phone service, and they didn't give me a diagnosis right away. I think you feel welcome if they're at least friendly, even if it takes a while.Report

I Bought my Mustang from this dealer and that process was awesome! However I dropped my Lincoln off Monday night for a charging issue and it was supposed to get looked at Tuesday morning. After not hearing anything all day I called and they said it was getting switch to a different team and I should hear back. I never got any calls texts or anything yet again, so I called yet again, and was told the same thing, someone will reach out. Then next day again no one reached out so I have to call again.Report
Then on Friday after I had to call AGAIN, they say it was looked at and I will get an update. Then finally they proceed to call back later Friday saying they need $1500 to diagnose the charging issue!! That’s insane just to diagnose an issue and unheard of. Will not be coming back after the poor customer service, communication and absurd quote.
Took my truck into Ford recently and had a great experience. Austin was awesome. Super professional and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and just made the whole thing easy and stress-free.Report

Scheduled a recall for the emissions system on our 2018 Ford F250. Took the truck in on a Saturday morning waited until after three to finally get the text that we could pick up the truck. Got there to pick it up and the service technician told us they were not able to install the recall update. Called back on Monday to schedule a second appointment trying to find out why they could not complete the recall. Received A text and email stating that they had scheduled an appointment Thursday at 11. We did not hear back from the dealership until we placed a call to them after 4 PM. They stated they had not had the opportunity to look at the truck. We Received a call on Friday morning stating there would be a charge of over $800. Then the diagnosis was changed and the fee was $500. We Decided just to go pick up the truck but prior to pick up we reached out to the GM of the service department Brian.Report
Brian was excellent to work with. He personally went out to the service department and reviewed the situation on the truck and was able to get the recall completed at no charge and ready for pickup before 6 o’clock that same evening.
Took 4.5 hours for a basic oil change, and that’s with an appointment …. Service here gets worse and worse.Report
