They have been improved since the last time I brought my Jeep for an oil change. I drove in and a service person came right out, asked what was needed, and got things moving along quickly. They got the work done a called. Loved not having to wonder. Miss them going the extra mile and doing the quick vacuuming and wash and having popcorn in the lobby to snack on. Overall great service.

These guys know trucks and they know what it takes to keep them serviced properly. I run two big Ram trucks pulling trailers from the factory to the dealerships and I absolutely depend on this particular dealership to make sure they are running right.

Very good shopping experience. Our sales person went above in finding the truck that fit my request. Paperwork went quick, drove out in our new 2500 happy and under 2 hours.

Update: We are still very happy with LHM Riverdale. We have received excellent customer service from the service department. Zack B has been our service advisor, he has been great at communicating the status of our vehicles. The price is good for this level of service. We will continue to use LHM for our service

March 2025 - The transition of ownership has settled in and the service department is now reliable. The issues right after Asbury bought LH Miller have been worked out. I have had service there twice in the past couple of months and it was great.
