Went here in August 2024 for an oil change special that included a tire rotation. Got home and realized my tired were never rotated even though my invoice claimed that they were. Went again today for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited over an hour and told my car was ready but again tired were never rotated but I was still charged for it. Two times in a row. Haven't had this experience elsewhere. I'm no longer going to come here for these services.

Repairs were completed quicker than anticipated and everything was great. Always completes the work with great care.

I was hoping it would take less time. I was expecting about 30 minutes since I had an appointment. I was waiting over 1 hour.
I appreciate the free car wash, however you need to have good blowers at the exit so I don't need to spend another 1/2 hour drying my truck afterwards.
The service advisor was pleasurable.

First of all the service department is easily accessible once you enter the dealership; it's not tucked away in back where you have to hunt for it.
Second, I was greeted by friendly, respectful staff who kept me informed and came and got me from the waiting area when my car was ready.
Third, I felt like the service folks truly appreciated by business. In other words I didn't feel like I was putting them out by being there.
I will definitely use Larry H. Miller for my future service needs.
