Jake and the serviceReport
Manager are super helpful. I was passing through town and my "Service DEF" check engine light came on. I conta ted bothDoug Smith dealers near by and they wouldn't even look at it for 1-2 days. Those was even after I told them in needed its scheduled DEF cook off. Jake got me right in and did the cook off and got me back on the road. They put me first rather than their schedule or process. They listed to what eas going on and needed and made it work. Tha k you guys!
Sent my elderly mother into get an oil change, she was nervous to head in alone, but thanks to Jake she left with a smile on her face and said she would return to work with him again! He was able to explain everything to her into detail, no hidden fees! Thank you so much Jake!Report
I really wanted to be able to post a positive review of this dealership, as originally they made me feel like they were really trying to help me in a difficult situation. Ultimately, after a lot of interactions - including Mopar / Jeep corporate - I feel absolutely unsupported and deceived. It's kind of a shame that extended warranties for known catastrophic issues have so many loopholes that the customer really never wins out... I think some people at this dealership would do more for you but Jeep at the corporate level makes that impossible. My son had a negative experience with service one time, then sales another time...likely because he's a young kid and was kind of stuck in a Jeep that they wouldn't cover due to lack of a very specific cause rather than the total issue (transmission failure). Go to independent service mechanics instead, and to private or independent car sales instead as well... for your sanity, and much better service and honesty across the board.Report

There were some communication issues that were cleared up and handled professionally and they were willing to work with me on sorting out the issues I had.

First of all, the new service advisor Jake was extremely condescending. Anyway I dropped my jeep off for an oil change and got a message regarding recommended additional service that needed IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. Luckily I remembered that I took care of the recommended service just a few months ago when it was still under Larry H Miller. When I confronted Jake about it instead of admitting his fault he blamed the techs in the back and his manager blamed Al and the software. They almost robbed me of $1000 and didn’t have the courage to own up to it.
Highly unprofessional, unethical, incompetent and disrespectful. Never going back again.

Had a oil chsnge apointment 4:30 showed up and about 5-6 techs just looked at me didnt offer any service or said anything just looked at me and looked away i lwft afyer 5 minutes of standing like a dumbassReport
I called in to see if I could get an oil change one day and the lady on the phone told me I could. So I went right away to the building and I got there and they refused to service my vehicle because they had a “skeleton crew “. I completely understand being understaffed, but if your staff member says they can do something you have to honor that word. People are busy and don’t have time to show up and get rejected.Report
