Sells process was smooth enough. Finance department needs to learn when someone says no, quit pushing. Price was fair. They need to fire their lot tech or whoever washes their cars. Cost me 1k in paint correction to get my new car to look like a new car. Also move the cars away from the sprinklers. Passengers side was covered in hard water spots. If you order in a car or buy a new car, check the car over thoroughly. Dint let the finance people push you around. Don't buy the snake oil.

Very friendly service department. Good at keeping me informed. Very professional. Unfortunately, I’ve taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee in three times and my heater still does not work.

For major car repairs go to Jeep Doug Smith in American Fork there if they keep your car they will give you a loaner car here they will give you a one way Uber ride and you figure out the rest on your own not giving a date for pickup. Took jeep wrangler in for a new engine had to take it back several times because the engine was leaking oil from the new engine then returned it back to me with a power steering leak saying that it was from wear and upon taking it to them had no power steering leak. This was after losing my front fenders and saying it didn’t come with any I had to show them the pictures that it did have them this was after paying a little over $13,000.
