Sean and Mark were awesome in helping get our new car. My wife has Dementia and they were very patient with her when she would ask the same question several times. The service and professionalism was top notch. Thank you!!Report

We were happy that you had the car we wanted on your lot. We drove up just to drive it and ultimately purchase it, but nobody took the time to show us the features of the vehicle, we are still unsure of how to make payments to the company the financing went through, the points to our mychevy app never showed up and overall it felt like our business was not all that valuable. We love the car and thanks to Google we are figuring out some of the features we didn’t know it had or how to use. While the buying process itself was easy, the customer service could have been better.Report
Went in for a test drive and to ask about a lease because no one could give me any solid information over text or the phone. The test drive went great and I sat down with a sales rep who did a soft credit check (I hope) and told me not to get a credit check anywhere else. Sure... He then comes back with info on financing when I specifically mentioned I wanted info on a lease. Almost 30 minutes of wait later and he says we'll have to touch bases next day. Fair enough since it was the end of the day and they were getting ready to close. He gets back to me the next day talking about financing again and I have to tell him again no I just want to know about a lease. He calls me back hours later saying he got the lease info and he'll send me a text about it. Explains the dealer discount I was interested in was actually the EV tax credit that I don't qualify for. Too bad for me as I was hoping the website was accurate but mistakes happen I don't blame them for that. He then forgets(?) to send me the lease info and a different sales rep follows up the next day and sends it to me after I tell him I didn't get it. I look over the numbers and they are ok but I'm getting better offers from other dealers (that have different discounts that they are honoring, not the EV tax credit). I politely tell the rep over text I'm gonna check out other vehicles at other dealers. Later I get a call asking me what I thought and I repeat what I said over text and he gets offensive trying to gaslight me into thinking I also won't qualify for other dealer's discounts even though they're completely different. Calm down dude and don't make me repeat myself 30 times. I'm fine that there was a mistake on the website but the fact that I had to go through so much crap to find that out is disappointing. I would've maybe considered their lease offer after I had the chance to compare it with others but I definitely won't now. First pic is this dealer, second is another dealer who has separate discounts besides the EV credit and was honest and up front about it.Report
Sean helped me with my purchasing my truck. He was so helpful in helping me make my decision and made the process so easy. If you ever go to the Provo location make sure to ask for Sean!Report
Avoid this dealership!! You’ll thank me laterReport
So my husband purchased a vehicle over a year ago from this dealership. We initially purchased a service contract but they failed to submit paperwork on their end, and we just asked for a refund of the deposit to start the contract. ( after over half a year or unanswered phone calls!) This is when I realized they will continually drop the ball. I called today (11/21/24) and spoke with Drew , and informed him of the issue my husband is currently having with the truck. It needs a transmission replacement, $10,000 grand. Drew proceeds to tell me " What does that have to do with me?'' Is this really how yall are running a business? Navy federal cut you all a check (quickly might I add, even though finance jacked up the paperwork multiple times ) and you have the nerve to say what does that have to do with you? My husband had to send in a pic of his ID to even request serviced records (since when Drew?) I plan on reaching out to corporate in addition to having my husband reach out to Navy Federal hell maybe even Jag because this is absurd. I would NEVER talk to a customer like that. How is the transmission jacked after such a short time? Was this missed during the initial inspection?Report
I recently bought a car from Larry H Miller Chevy and I was definitely impressed. My salesman Sean Carson was amazing to deal with and made the process so easy. He went out of his way to get me the car I wanted and made sure that I left happy. I would definitely recommend!Report
