I’ve been coming here for the past decade, and this happens every single time. The pickup process is painfully slow—I just waited 15 minutes to get my truck after a simple emissions test, all because I had to wait for an advisor.Report
At other dealerships I’ve worked with (including Larry H. Miller), the front counter handled payments and key handoffs, making everything much faster. Here, the advisors are responsible for too much, which creates unnecessary delays.
A simple fix would be a dedicated pickup counter where a team member processes payments and calls a lot attendant for the keys. But after years of the same frustration, I don’t know why I even come here anymore.
Although I bought 3 oil changes in a package deal, after one year they'll expire. They did honor my third oil change after letting them know it's horse bagels to invalidate if not used in a 12 month time frame. ( I don't put a lot of miles on this vehicle) 2.5 hours for a oil change. Wasn't impressed considering I was the first in line with an appointment first thing in the morning by design. I know a lot of you folks at this dealership and seems as if your "Give a Damn" is broken. I usually give thumbs up. Maybe today was an "off day" for you, I sure felt it. I'll not take it personal but may rethink my loyalties.Report

On the first day they had my car, said they would work on it - didn’t even touch it that day. Then got a call the next day and called back when I could, but was told the guy is already gone for the day. Then on Day3 they actually start working on it. Day4 I called in morning, nothing. I called 6 times throughout the day - just wanting to come pick it up, but I was given the voicemail over and over- even when I called the front desk they, put me on a 15min hold and never came back to the phone. Then finally was given a call on Day5, that yes indeed my car is just sitting here waiting for me. 🤯😤Report
Worse Chevy dealership I have ever gone too! Go to the Salt Lake City Chevy dealership in West valley, way better experience!
Everytime I come here for just an oil change I’m here for over 2 hours, even with an appointment. I will be finding another place to go.Report
The service of my car was fine, but when I got into my car after the oil change and tire rotation, there was a body odor in my car that was so foul I had to drive with the windows open all the way homeReport
