Larkin was absolutely wonderful to work with. So accommodating and pleasant!

I called the after care service at Larkin Mortuary and ended up talking to Lori Holt. She managed to take care of virtually every thing that needed taken care of, saved me the days I thought I'd be spending on hold or trying to navigate online, and informed me that trying to close out bank accounts was a waste of time at best. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience.

They treated my family and decease, with no less than the best care.

I have no words to describe the love, kindness, respect, and peace Larkin has given to my family.
We unexpectedly lost my father last week and Chris and her team have been amazing, knowing that someone was with my father at all times gave us comfort, they even called to check on us the day after the funeral, they have amazing resources for not only for the funeral side of things but for the family also,

We had an exceptional experience working with Larkin. They helped guide us through every step of the process and helped us in all considerations to make the services everything our loved one would have wanted and everything we needed. Our loved one looked beautiful and we were grateful that they took such great care for her. The flowers were stunning. They had great quality and design in their work. The aftercare program was exceptional and so helpful. Thank you Larkin for all that you have done to serve our family during this time.

I was not able to attend a funeral service for a loved one happening across the country. In lieu, I arranged for a flower arrangement to be delivered to Larkin Sunset Gardens ahead of the service. I called the funeral home the morning of the service to confirm that they had indeed received the arrangement. "We do not confirm deliveries of flowers," said the woman on the phone. I pressed on, but she insisted there was no way to verify they had received the flowers. All she had to do was walk to the next room and check! I'd expect a higher caliber of service from a business that deals with loss of a human life and people in mourning.

Larkin is incredible. They took something so tragic and difficult and helped make it simple, and memorable. Our every need was met and anticipated. Incredible place. Thank you.

would give them a higher rating but there’s always has to be one bad egg the bunch. Advice to you…Deal with everybody BUT Brook. He is dishonest . My parents bought a package deal and had paid for it in full. We weren’t going to use everything in the package and when questioning the charges Brook was very short and NOT honest with his answers. I had to ask him to get my parents contract so we could go over it together in the long run they were going to refund us After looking over the contract they owed us quite a bit more than what they where going to give us. . Money he would have took from my parents if we didn’t question or ask. As a company they should’ve came to us and said you’re not using the services this is what we will be refunding to you. We buried my parents six weeks apart and he was trying to take advantage of us being grieving daughters. He was not nice when my mom passed and definitely was trying to take money from us when my dad passed. Also because they are a private cemetery they charge you a lot have the vault sealed which is NOT necessary but it’s required by their cemetery NOT by the state so beware of hidden charges!

Update!!!
We ordered headstones for both my parents in January. We were told that it would take six months for it to come in. Here we are eight months later and still no head stone! Unfortunately we’ve had other family members pass within the last year and a half and both of them had headstones within 6 to 7 weeks. Here again Larkin takes advantage of you as a family! You have to go through their head stone service and then they just keep lying and telling you it’s all because of Covid! Come on! If I could I would have my parents laid to rest somewhere else! I have to find 2 x 2 marker to pay my respects to my parents! These guys are ridiculous and all they are are money hungry!!! Beware!!
